Routina started inside Flexio — a healthcare logistics operation in Puerto Rico delivering for Baxter International, Smith & Nephew, MMM, Triple-S, and the largest specialty pharmacies on the island. Every Routina agent was first run against real customer SLAs, real PHI, real auditors, real clinical priorities — before it was made available to anyone else.
