Flexio launched in 2020 to handle pharmaceutical and clinical logistics across Puerto Rico — work that requires coordination across pharmacies, EHRs, dispatch software, payer systems, and customer communication channels, all running at hospital-grade reliability.

After serving Baxter, Smith & Nephew, MMM, and Puerto Rico's largest pharmacy and home care networks, we hit a ceiling that's familiar to every operator: the systems didn't talk to each other. Phone calls, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge held the operation together — and every new customer added more glue work, not more revenue.

We built our own AI tools to coordinate across our stack. They worked better than we expected. So we extracted the platform, hardened it for healthcare-grade compliance, and made it available to other operators. That platform is Routina.

It's middleware for AI agents. It runs on top of the systems you already use — no migration, no lock-in.
