LLM STRATEGY
Your AI layer. Not theirs.
Routina is model-agnostic. Start on our internal LLM for cost efficiency. Route to Claude or GPT when accuracy matters. Bring your own model when control matters most.

Common questions
Pricing, answered.
One execution is a single end-to-end agent action that produces a discrete output — a record written, a notification dispatched, a decision logged. An agent that reads from your EHR, evaluates a condition, and sends an SMS counts as one execution. Passive reads without downstream action are not metered.
Your workflows continue without interruption. Overages are billed at your tier's per-execution rate and appear on your next invoice. You'll receive alerts at 80% and 100% of your monthly allotment. Sustained overages are a reliable signal to move up a tier — the per-execution rate drops materially with each step.
Yes, on Scale and above. Bring your own API key and route executions through your existing contracts — useful if you have negotiated rates or specific usage policies. Enterprise customers can bring their own private endpoint or deploy Routina on-premises with any model.
Yes. Routina is built for regulated operations from the ground up. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with the Enterprise tier. If your organization requires a BAA on Growth or Scale, contact us — we handle it case by case.
Jumpstart engagements go live in approximately four weeks. Standard takes eight. Strategic engagements are phased — timeline depends on department scope and change management complexity. Every engagement is scoped before quote; nothing is assumed.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Annual contracts can be renegotiated with your customer success manager if your operational scope changes materially.
We offer 90-day paid pilots. Pilot fees apply against your first-year subscription if you convert — effectively risk capital, not sunk cost. Talk to us about structuring a pilot around your highest-priority workflow.
Routina's partner program covers implementation partners, referral partners, and technology integrators. Partners can resell, co-sell, or refer depending on the agreement structure. Visit the Partners page or contact us directly to discuss terms and commissions.
Launch: community forums and documentation. Growth: email support with a 24-hour SLA. Scale: priority channel with a 4-hour SLA plus a named customer success manager. Enterprise: dedicated CSM and a 1-hour SLA.
No. Monthly billing is available on all tiers. Annual billing carries a 20% discount over the monthly rate. Enterprise contracts are annual by default, with quarterly invoicing available on request.
