Routina's property operations practice was built alongside a Puerto Rico mixed-use operator running a flagship destination — retail, dining, entertainment, office, and community space all in one property. The fragmentation was severe: visitor counters in one system, security incidents in tablets, work orders in a help desk, leasing in a CRM, marketing in another tool. None of it talked to each other. None of it surfaced patterns.
